When 4 American tourists - Sofia, Carl, Belle and Michael - go on a ghost tour, they get much more than they bargained for, when the ghosts of an evil Doctor and his last patient victim trap them in the old abandoned psychiatric ward.
The story follows a woman who lives an orderly life in a religious community until her brother arrives. The leader of the community knows about their difficult upbringing and insists that they resolve their childhood trauma through the therapeutic rituals of the community. But a secret starts to surface which could prove disastrous.
